Lusya Lokhvitskaya (Pregnancy Yoga Teacher)
For me personally, yoga is the best way to discover yourself and your body, to feel fulfilled and open a beautiful new world! I've been practicing yoga since 2007. While I was travelling in India in 2008 I practiced yoga for a month in Yoga Shri Ved Niketan Ashram and took part in a two week festival "International Yoga &Indian Music". In 2009 ( February) I completed a 20 day course at the Vedic Yoga and Massage Centre (Rishikesh). In 2009 (April) we brought a group from Kazakhstan to Yoga Parmarth Niketan Ashram (Rishikesh) as well as to Dharamsala, where we practiced Ashtanga Vinyasa in at the Vijay centre. After this, I continued practicing on my own. During 2009 Itaught Beginners yoga at "VedaTour"(Kazakhstan) During 2010 I participated in a two month Work as a Meditation programme at the Osho Ashram 2011 Shared Meditation knowledge in "YogaDom.kz" (Kazakhstan).
In February 2013 while I was pregnant, I completed a Yoga Instructor Course (with Yoga Mama). I taught yoga until the last week of my pregnancy in Kazakhstan (YogaDom.kz) and it always gave me extra energy, a positive attitude and peaceful mind. I continuing teaching Pregnancy Yoga in South Africa In January 2014 I completed a Yoga for Kids programme (Yoga Beez) in Johannesburg, South Africa.
